Yes! We only use materials which are natural and safe for small animals to consume. All pets have their own particular tastes, so not all parts of each toy will be consumed, or even chewed necessarily, but the aim of enrichment is to keep our pets busy and happy!

If you have a new pet and have not yet had a chance to discover their favourite kinds of enrichment, it’s really just a matter of trial and error to begin with. We usually suggest to new owners that they start with one of the mini mixed packs (which offer a variety of enrichment types and flavours), to get an idea of their pet’s individual preferences and style of play. It’s time to get down on their level and observe them closely while you play/bond with them!

Currently, processing times are 3-5 business days. This can vary slightly for larger or significantly customised orders, but customers will always be made aware of any changes to processing times.

Yes, of course! All our products are fully customisable by request. Simply drop us a message. We are very aware that all pets are different and may have different needs. All alterations are subject to price variation though, depending on additional resources and time required.

At the moment, we don’t have a subscription option, but now that we have shifted to using our own website, it is something we are able to consider in the future. We have had this asked often previously, and on Etsy it was simply not possible. Watch this space..!

Sure! If you make multiple orders within a 24hr period (with the same delivery address), please drop us an email to confirm you would like to combine orders, and we will then refund the additional shipping cost. If it is outside the 24hr period, please feel free to drop us a message anyway, and we will see what we can do!

Creating new toy designs is a balancing act of combining safe materials and appealing flavours. It’s true that all small animals have their own particular interests and tastes, and it is impossible to please all of them 100% of the time…but there is still a lot of common ground to work with.

We use only Australia Post and parcels are taken to the Post Office daily, to ensure orders are received as promptly as possible.

Yes, we can now accommodate Express Post requests. Please add Express Post (in Delivery Options section of the shop) to your cart before checking out. If you would like to add Express Post AFTER checkout is complete, please message us directly to organise this. Express Post is typically a slightly faster method of sending, and while parcels should arrive next business day within Sydney, it does not guarantee next day delivery (even within NSW or other capital cities).

We do! Please contact us directly to organise this. Most products are available as wholesale, with the main exception being products containing elements from other bunny businesses (eg. mixed packs with treats).

We use only Timothy hay in our toys. It is a premium hay which is lower in protein and calcium but high in fibre, making it a healthy choice for small animals. Timothy hay is also more expensive than other hays (eg. Oaten hay), being mostly imported from cooler/wetter climates. It is therefore viewed as a bit of a ‘treat’ hay - perfect for use in enrichment toys!
